Project Description: Bridgeville Development Co. LLC proposes to install a public pump station, approximately one thousand three hundred eighty three feet (1383 ft) sanitary sewer force main to serve 342 multifamily dwelling units with 2 clubhouses, 61,840 square feet of retail space, 19,580 square feet of restaurants, and a 100-room hotel in a proposed mixed-use development on 46.9 acres between routes US 13 and DE 404 within the limits of the Town of Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
