The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”
As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with New River House West LLC. regarding the River House II Site (DE-1698) located at 301 & 305 A Street, Wilmington, DE. The Site is identified as a portion of New Castle County tax parcel numbers 26-050.00-035 and 26-050.00-034. The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site. For Site-specific information, please see DNREC’s Environmental Navigator at den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
