The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received from:

PR-Stolz PropCo Blue Diamond LLC, of Bala Cynwd, Pennsylvania, to install approximately eight hundred and fifty-four linear feet (854 LF) of two (2) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve Blue Diamond Park Lots 2A, 3 and 4, located at 800 Federal Lane and 777 &765 Hamburg Road, New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware. The proposed force main will connect to an existing two (2) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and discharge to a new, New Castle County manhole, all located within the right-of-way, west of the proposed warehouse on lot 2A

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 9, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
