The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received from:
FR Land Investment, LLC of Churchville, Maryland, to install a duplex submersible sanitary sewer pump station, approximately one thousand four hundred and eighty-seven linear feet (1,487 LF) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances, to serve the proposed Monarch Glen residential development, located on the south side of Fisher Road, approximately 1,000 LF southeast of the intersection with Lewes Georgetown Highway (Route 9), Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed pump station and force main will be installed within the proposed residential development.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 13, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
