The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received from:
Bunting Mack LLC of Owings Mill, Maryland to install a duplex sanitary sewer pump station, and approximately four thousand and twenty-three linear feet (4,023 LF) of ten (10) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve the Coastal Villages-Phase 2 residential development, located northwest of the intersection of Lighthouse Road and Hudson Road and southeast of Roxana Road, Selbyville, Sussex County, Delaware. The sanitary sewer pump station will be located within the residential development. The force main will exit the sanitary sewer pump station, run southwest, and connect to an existing ten (10) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main on Polly Branch Road.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before August 4, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
