The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

Blue Beach Bungalows DE, LLC proposes to install eleven (11) E-One grinder pump stations, approximately one thousand four hundred and nine linear feet (1,409 LF) of one and a half (1.5) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, one thousand one hundred and forty linear feet (1,140 LF) of three (3) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, and related appurtenances to serve one hundred and ninety-nine (199) RV units in the Pine Haven Campground, located at 22506 Corey Drive in Lincoln, Sussex County, Delaware. Collection of on-site wastewater shall be pumped to on-site temporary holding tanks where they will be collected by 3rd party waste haulers.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before January 3, 2024. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
