The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Sussex County Family Court Site (DE-1776) located at E. Market Street and E. Pine Street in Georgetown. The Site has been used by Sussex County, Delaware as a vehicle parking lot since the mid-1990s.

The Proposed Plan includes the requirements of a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site and the development and implementation of a Contaminated Materials Management Plan.
