PTV 1174, LLC has applied for an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,064 gallons per day generated by a Dollar General Store. The site is located on 4845 Dupont Parkway, in Townsend, DE, tax map #15-015.00-029.
David A. and Sandra W. Blank have applied for a Rural Area Waiver to install an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system on their property located on the north side of Jay Patch Road approximately 2600’ east of Pepper Road (C.R. 376) near Selbyville, DE Sussex County Tax parcel 533-9.00-58.00. The parcel is 30.76 acres, and the proposed system will serve a single-family dwelling with a design flow rate not to exceed 720 gallons per day.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
