The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of Operable Unit 3 (OU-3) of the Eden Hill Farm Site located in Dover. The Site was previously used as farmland. Remedial actions at the Site include blending of soils with elevated concentrations of arsenic in a select area of OU-3 to prevent unacceptable exposure to existing Site soils for future Site users.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for OU-3 of the Site on October 18, 2023. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: den.dnrec.delaware.gov
