Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Wilmington Housing Authority Modernization and Site Improvements Program (2022.0012)

The Wilmington Housing Authority proposes to use Housing and Urban Development funds to make improvements to existing Housing Authority communities throughout the City of Wilmington, including the repair and/or replacement of roofs, doors, window, HVAC and water and sewer lines. Funds will also be used acquisition, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of existing facilities.

Comments concerning these Federal Consistency Determinations will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
