A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Paese Dock and Pier (2021.0087)

The applicant proposes to conduct hydraulic dredging of approximately 1,350 cubic yards of material to a depth of -3 feet Mean Low Water in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal across from 330 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE at tax map parcel #335-4.19-95.03 and pump via pipeline to an existing Confined Disposal Facility on the north side of the Canal at tax map parcel #335-4.19-67.00. Additionally, the applicant proposes construction of a 26 x 4 ft. fixed pier; a 6 x 30 ft. fixed dock with 4-piling boat lift; a 20 x 3 ft. gangway; a 6 x 50 ft. floating dock; and a 10 x 3 ft. wetland walkway.
