Notice has been given that:

Mountaire Farms of Delaware Inc. requests permission for the construction and operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 600 kW (1220 HP) at 29106 John J Williams Hwy., Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2023/0076-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS) (GACT)

The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2023/0077-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS) (GACT)

Mountaire Farms of Delaware Inc. requests permission for the construction and operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 900 kW (1490 HP) at 29106 John J Williams Hwy., Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2023/0078-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS) (GACT)

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 22, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
