Notice has been given that:

INV Performance Materials, LLC (INVISTA), requests a permit to construct Draw Machine #1 Process Line at their facility located at 25876 DuPont Road, Seaford. The Draw Machine #1 Process Line will be permitted to emit 1.67 TPY of PM10; and 3.94 TPY of VOC by Permit# (APC-2021/0029-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending February 8, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
