Notice has been given that:
GFP Mobile Mix Supply, LLC requests permits to construct two (2) Cement Tech Silos with associated Belgrade Steel Tank baghouses for cement storage, and an amendment to Permit: APC-2019/0088- Operation (Amendment 1), to change the location and loading rate of the existing silo and associated baghouse, at their 14 Hadco Road., Wilmington, New Castle County facility. Silo 1 will be permitted to emit 0.0007 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of particulate matter (PM¬10), by Permit: APC-2021/0094-Construction. Silo 2 and 3 will be permitted to emit 0.0005 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of particulate matter (PM¬10) by Permit: APC-2021/0093-Construction and Permit: APC-2019/0088-Operation (Amendment 1).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 8, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
