Notice has been given that:

Delaware Solid Waste Authority, Central Solid Waste Management Center, requests a permit to install a landfill gas collection and removal system for Disposal Area F at their 1107 Willow Grove Road, Felton, Kent County facility. This permit will allow continued construction under their Title V Permit#: AQM-001/00068 (Renewal 3). The proposed project and Permit# APC-2021/0062-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS)(MACT) comply with all applicable zoning requirements and federal and state air pollution control laws and regulations.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending February 8, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
