This will be a hybrid meeting with an in-person option at the New Castle Conservation District offices in Newark and a virtual option via TEAMS.

The subcommittee will review drinking water and clean water planning grants and projects, surface water planning grants, community water quality grants and financial reports.

The Water Infrastructure Advisory Council (WIAC) initiates, develops and recommends to the Delaware General Assembly projects for the planning, construction, repair, renovation or expansion of drinking water and wastewater facilities.
