As of Jan. 1, 2026, the Division of Air Quality Natural Minor permitting program has moved from paper-based applications to digital applications, using the Digital DNREC ePermitting system at epermitting.dnrec.delaware.gov.

DNREC is offering a virtual training session to walk participants through the digital application process. Additional training and support resources can be found on the Air Quality Permit Applications page.
