The hearing will address:
The objectives of the proposed SIP revisions are to certify that Delaware’s programs for emissions statements, NNSR, and RACT, as codified in the DAQ regulations in Title 7 of the Delaware Administrative Code, meet all the requirements of the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality (NAAQS).
The proposed SIP revisions may be inspected at DNREC’s office located at 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, DE 19904 and online as of March 1, 2020 at regulations.delaware.gov/services/current_issue.shtml.
