The DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy will hold a public hearing on the Weatherization Assistance Program federal funding annual application (Docket #2025-WAP-CCE-0002). Public comment period closed.

The purpose of the federal funding annual application for the Weatherization Assistance Program is to appropriately invest federal funds towards the weatherization of low-income households in Delaware. Funded services will include air sealing, insulation, ventilation repairs and health and safety measures such as air quality and moisture control.
