James and Meredith Bruner have applied for a Subaqueous Lands Lease to construct and utilize a 4 by 13 foot long pier of which only a 4 by 10 foot long section of the pier will be channelward of the mean high water line, a 6 by 45 foot long “L†dock and to install a boatlift with four (4) associated pilings and an elevator lift on two (2) associated pilings abutting the dock in the Little Assawoman Bay at 1306 N. Schulz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.
