The Division of Air Quality will offer a presentation on proposed changes to the fees for Natural Minor (Regulation 1102) permits.

The current fees cover about 25 percent of the costs of the Natural Minor (Regulation 1102) program. They have not been adjusted since they were set in 1991.

DNREC has been reevaluating the program and will offer information on proposed changes.

The presentation will be recorded and posted on the DNREC website.
