Join DNREC’s Hazardous Waste Generator Improvement Rule virtual training, hosted by the Compliance and Permitting Section (CAPS).

The training is being offered in two sessions. Session one (April 19) will focus on topics related to Large Quantity Generators of hazardous waste. Session two (April 21) second will focus on Small and Very Small Quantity Generators.

Both sessions will also cover changes to the Universal Waste Rule, Used Oil Management, and the RCRAInfo Industry Application.
