Goals
Orient the EVW Subcommittee to its charge by the RAC and the scope of topics it needs to address to meet the RAC’s August 1, 2027, deadline.
Establish a shared baseline understanding of initial topics for Subcommittee deliberation.
Generate preliminary questions for the full RAC’s consideration and direction at its next meeting on October 7, 2026.
