The Evaluation, Measurement and Verification Subcommittee (EM&V) prepares recommendations for the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC), which helps Delawareans reduce energy loss and cost through energy efficiency programs. It develops statewide programs to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy usage, and lower consumer energy costs.

A physical location has been reserved for this meeting at DNREC’s offices at 100 West Water Street, in Dover, for those who may be unable to attend virtually. To physically attend the meeting, please notify Mark Dworkin before the meeting.
