Section 40101(d) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law) provides funds to enhance the resilience of the electric grid.
The 40101(d) committee will acknowledge and discuss public comments made during the March 7, 2023 Public Hearing on the planned submission.
The state’s application is due by the end of March. This meeting will provide an opportunity for additional thoughts and comments prior to submission of the State’s provisional application for the first program year of 40101(d) to the US Department of Energy.
