The 10th annual summit of the Delaware Resilient and Sustainable Communities League (RASCL).

The annual RASCL Summit convenes resilience practitioners, elected officials, government agencies and community members to address key issues impacting Delawareans. The theme for the 2026 Summit is Making Space for Sustainable Growth and Resilience: The Role of Land Use Planning.

The Delaware Resilient and Sustainable Communities League (RASCL) is a collaborative network of state agencies, nonprofits and academic institutions dedicated to building a more resilient and sustainable Delaware.

DNREC is one of nine state agencies in the League and has a seat on the Steering Committee.
