A meeting of the Delaware Council on Boiler Safety to review proposed regulatory amendments.

This will be a hybrid meeting with an in-person option at the DNREC Offices on Lukens Drive in New Castle and a virtual option via TEAMS.

The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances proposes to amend the Boiler Safety Regulations For Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Nuclear (7 DE Admin. Code 1353).

The proposed amendments would update reference standards and fees and would incorporate requirements in accordance with recently passed legislation. They would also improve clarity throughout the regulation.

This regulatory amendment process started with DNREC Start Action Notice 2024-07.
