The Division of Air Quality will hold a Community Information Session on a permit application from Noramco Inc.

Noramco Inc., requests a construction permit to install a new vacuum pump in Plant 3 and add a new production line for the manufacturing of two new products, “D8” and “D9” at their facility at 500 Swedes Landing Road, in New Castle County.

This application is the subject of a DNREC public hearing set for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023. Details about the application are available on the public hearing event page.

The Community Information Session is the Department’s platform that provides the public the opportunity to ask questions about this project.

Questions and comments will be accepted at the in-person meeting or in writing in the virtual listening session. Questions and comments received at the Community Information Session are not part of the public hearing record.

This will be a hybrid meeting, with an in-person location in Wilmington and an online option via Zoom.
