The DNREC Office of the Secretary will conduct an administrative hearing on a request for reconsideration of a determination as set forth in Secretary’s Order No. 2026-WH-0006.

On April 26, 2026, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control issued an order finding AMETEK, Inc., Marshallton Realty Holdings, LLC, and Niche Polymer, LLC in violation of the Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act and its implementing regulations. The order requires prompt corrective actions to bring the facility into compliance with HSCA regulations.

Niche Polymer, LLC has requested an Administrative Hearing for reconsideration of that determination.
