Earn your Delaware Boating Certificate with this three-day course. This course offering has been canceled.

This three-day course, offered by Wilmington Sail & Power Squadron, is part of the Delaware Boating Safety program. It is presented on three consecutive Saturdays (April 18 and 25 and May 2). Participants must attend all sessions. There will be an exam during the final session, on May 2.

Safe boating education is recommended for all boating minded people, but certification is required for all operators of any mechanically propelled craft born after December 31, 1977 on Delaware waters, and after June 30, 1975 on Maryland waters.

The course is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and meets the educational requirements of the United States Coast Guard as well as local and state authorities nationwide.
