Come discuss proposed revisions to air quality regulations that control volatile organic compound emissions.
The Division of Air Quality will conduct a workshop to receive input and feedback from the public on the department’s current efforts to revise Sections 26 (Gasoline Dispensing Facility Stage I Vapor Recovery) and 36 (Vapor Emission Control at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities) of the Regulations Governing the Control of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions (7 DE Admin. Code 1124).
The objectives of the proposed revisions are to decommission Stage II vapor recovery systems at Delaware Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDFs), and to set up effective controls on vapor emissions from GDFs’ gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) and aboveground storage tanks (ASTs).
