The DNREC Division of Air Quality hold a community information session to discuss community questions regarding air quality permitting and compliance for the Mountaire Millsboro facility. The session was requested by community members in response to an October 8, 2025, public notice regarding a permit amendment for the Resource Recovery process.

The community information session is the Department’s platform that provides the public the opportunity to ask questions. Questions and comments received at the community information session are not part of the formal record for the permitting process.
