Join a community-wide celebration of the hamlet of Yorklyn.
Auburn Heights Preserve is partnering with the Center for Creative Arts, Dew Point Brewing, The Yorklyn Pool, and others to host a free, family-friendly event featuring local merchants, craft artists, live music on outdoor stages, food trucks, animal/reptile shows, pony rides, a sidewalk chalk festival, demos and more.
Parking will be at H.B. DuPont Middle School at 735 Meeting House Rd, in Hockessin. A bus will shuttle participants to the Yorklyn Bridge Trail in the middle of it all. Shuttles will also be available for transportation to the various event sites around the area.
While the event is free, Auburn Heights will have its usual Steamin’ Day event with activities for an additional fee.
