A meeting of the Evaluation, Measurement and Verification Workgroup of the Delaware Energy Efficiency Advisory Council.

The Evaluation, Measurement and Verification Subcommittee (EM&V) prepares recommendations for the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC), which helps Delawareans reduce energy loss and cost through energy efficiency programs. It develops statewide programs to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy usage, and lower consumer energy costs.
