Four Work Groups were formed to provide technical support to the Coastal Zone Conversion Permit Act (CZCPA) Regulatory Advisory Committee (RAC). This page contains information about each of the four Work Groups, including focus areas and meeting materials.
Due to the complex nature of many topics addressed in the Coastal Zone Conversion Permit Act, DNREC and the CZCPA RAC formed Work Groups to provide technical support on four topic areas: Economic Effect, Environmental Impact, Offsets, and Risk Evaluation and Financial Assurance. Each Work Group consists of subject matter experts and professionals with experience in the Group’s focus area.
As the RAC is charged with providing guidance and feedback to DNREC on the development of regulations under the Coastal Zone Conversion Permit Act, the Work Groups will assist the RAC by providing input on what may be technically feasible to include in RAC recommendations, as it relates to the four focus areas.
All Work Group meetings are open to the public and posted on the Delaware Public Meeting Calendar. Public comment is accepted at all Work Group Meetings.
