The DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) received two federal consistency certifications (pursuant to 15 CFR 930 subparts D and E) for the proposed US Wind Project proposed off the coast of Maryland with landfall at 3R’s Beach and interconnection on tax parcel 233-2.00-2.01 adjacent to the Indian River Power Plant in Sussex County, Delaware.Federal Consistency
