A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Irish Hill M&R Station (2024.0038)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to install an approx. 1,700-ft, 4-inch natural gas lateral line and a new 5,000 sq. ft. meter station in Felton, Kent County, DE. The lateral line will run south from the intersection of SR 15 and US 13, east along Irish Hill Rd., and terminate at the new meter station at 284 Irish Hill Rd. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
