The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 1289-1313 Frederica Road Site (Site) located in Frederica, Delaware. The Site was once used as a gasoline service station and illegal junkyard. The remedy for the Site will require recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting the Site to non-residential uses.
DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 1289-1313 Frederica Road Site (DE-1667) on December 15, 2019. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.
