Federal Consistency Certifications Submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program

Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

Delaware Coastal Airport Land Use Reclassification (2020.0013)

Delaware Coastal Airport (GED) is seeking to reclassify the land use type for a 23.73 acre parcel of airport property from aeronautical to non-aeronautical. The parcel is located northwest of Airport Rudder Lane near the Town of Georgetown.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.  Comments may be sent to:  Delaware Coastal Programs, Ms. Kimberly Cole, Administrator, 100 W.
