Brandywine Septic Services, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to transport septage, holding tank waste, and portable toilet waste to be disposed of at out-of-state permitted facilities.
Pierson Comfort Group, LLC has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-235 which allows for the transport of portable toilet waste to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System and out-of-state permitted facilities.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice.
