The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

SBR Land, LLC is proposing a duplex submersible sanitary sewer pump station, two thousand five hundred and thirty-five linear feet (2,535 LF) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, an emergency generator for the pump station, a meter/valve vault and related appurtenances to serve two hundred and seventy-seven (277) single family homes and a clubhouse located in the Compass Point subdivision at the southeast corner of the intersection of Sweetbriar and Hudson Roads northeast of Harbeson in Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 2, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
