Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: DP&L Drainage Pipe Installation Newark (2019.0043)

The applicant proposes to construct a parking lot in the area of an existing man-altered drainage swale by placing approximately 308 linear feet of 72 inch diameter concrete reinforced piping in an unnamed tributary of Eagle Run at 401 Eagle Run Road, Newark, New Castle County, Delaware.
