Chaney Enterprises, LP, requests a Construction Permit for the construction of a 125 Cubic Yard Per Hour Ready Mix Concrete Plant at their 11671 Fleatown Road, Lincoln, Sussex, Delaware facility. The Ready Mix Concrete Plant will be permitted to emit 3.03 tpy of PM10, and 0.63 tpy of PM2.5 from the cement silos and the truck mix by Permit: APC-2020/0180-CONSTRUCTION. Fugitive emissions from material handling operations will be controlled by an approved dust management plan.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 6, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
