Notice has been given that:
Terra Technical Services, LLC, requests a permit to construct a temporary crusher and associated diesel engine, conveyor, and stacker with associate diesel engine, for a demolition project at 321 Hillside Road, Newark, New Castle County. The concrete crushing operation will be permitted to emit 0.01 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), 0.047 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of nitrogen oxides (NOX), 0.17 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of carbon monoxide (CO), 0.016 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of particulate matter (PM10), and 0.0004 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions by Permit# APC-2020/0176-Construction.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 22, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
