Notice has been given that:

Christiana Care Health Services – Christiana Hospital, requests a construction permit to replace the existing engine of EP-107 2,000 kW Cummins Distributed Generator Set at their 4755 Ogletown Stanton Road, Newark, County of New Castle facility.  The existing engine suffered a serious failure and will be replaced with a new one of the same model number and emissions profile. By Permit #:APC-2014/0083-CONSTRUCTION (AMENDMENT 1)(MNSR)(NOxRACT)(NSPS) permitted emissions will remain unchanged.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request.  The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices.  To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday,  June 15, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
