Notice has been given that:
Chemours Discovery Hub requests permission to operate an existing multi-step analytical process in their laboratories located at 201 Discovery Boulevard, in Newark, Delaware. The equipment has been operating at a reduced capacity to meet the exemption thresholds listed in 7 DE Admin.Code 1102. Permit: APC-2020/0169 will allow this process to operate at full capacity and limit emissions to the following:

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 8, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
