The well will be located southeast of the town of Milford in Sussex County, near the intersection of Benson and Cubbage Pond Roads. Tax parcel 230-14.00-70.00.

Matthew Wineman has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 30,000 gallons per day. The well will be located southwest of the town of Rehoboth in Sussex County, near the intersection of Hollymount Road and John J Williams Highway. Tax parcel 234-17.00-29.01.

Shane Marvel has requested an allocation permit for two proposed irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal is 43,200 gallons per day for each well. The wells will be located west of the town of Seaford in Kent County, near the intersection of Figgs and Boyce Road. Tax parcel 531-09-61.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by May 18, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
