The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,008,000 gallons per day.  The well will be located west of the town of Kenton in Kent County, near the intersection of Parsons Grove and Downs Chapel Road.  Tax parcel 42.00-01-12.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by May 4, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
