Pursuant to 15 C.F.R. §923.82(a), the Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) submitted a request for approval of program changes to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office for Coastal Management (OCM) on March 9, 2020.

These program changes reflect a structural reorganization of the DCMP to move the program into the DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal, and Energy.

Public notice was provided on March 9, 2020, detailing the changes to be reviewed by NOAA OCM.

On April 7, 2020, NOAA OCM gave approval for these program changes to the DCMP; these changes took effect immediately upon approval.
