Michael Lunn has applied for a Formal Waiver to construct an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system (OWTDS) on his property that does not meet the minimum lot size requirements as stated in the Regulations Governing the Design, Installation and Operation of On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems. The property is located along the south side of Hearn’s Pond Road ̴̴500’ west of Bridgeville Road near Seaford, DE, Sussex County and is Tax Map No. 331-3.00-153.01, Lot A. The system will serve a single-family dwelling not to exceed 360 gallons per day.
